Ethan Young joined the Next Wave Partners investment team in September 2026. He is involved in research and analysis on new investment opportunities, and contributes to Next Wave’s internal AI agenda, building workflow automations internally and developing how it is applied as a value creation lever.
Prior to joining Next Wave, Ethan worked at an early-stage AI company, where he built internal workflow automations and bespoke systems for businesses. He has also worked in early-stage growth investing at Rothschild Investment Trust.
Ethan holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bristol.
