Nick Watkins has had a highly successful career in investment banking and private equity. He is the Managing Partner of White Cloud Capital, a private family investment company that undertakes direct growth equity investments. Previously, Nick was a Managing Director in M&A at Lehman Brothers and a Director at CSFB for 18 years in aggregate.
Nick has particular expertise in early stage and growth equity investing in Asia Pacific and Europe alongside deep investor relationships across Germany, Scandinavia and the UK. Portfolio companies operate in Australasia, South East Asia and the UK. He has extensive investment experience in healthcare and deep tech companies, including recent investments in IVF, Patient Management, Dental, Veterinary Care as well as AI and Machine Learning.
Nick advises Next Wave Partners on strategic issues and contributes his expertise and insights with respect to target investment markets and business sectors relevant to Next Wave’s focus.
