UOE also provides banking hubs to support local high street cash banking needs and virtual office services for those that require a business address without a physical office.
NWP invested in UOE in 2023 to support and grow UOE into a leading market consolidator, with a focus on expanding the banking and retail offering and building a pick-up and drop-off (PUDO) network across London through acquisitions. Since investment, NWP has supported a c. 6x expansion of the high-street network from 7 to over 40 stores.
