On Wednesday 30th November 2016, Next Wave Partners LLP completed the sale of 100% of LAUK Lighting Limited to H&K International, a trade buyer based in Ireland, after a four year ownership period.
LAUK provides specialist energy‐efficient lighting design, supply and retail fit‐out logistics services to retail customers from its premises in Staffordshire.
